A box of 23 copies of this hardcover edition was recently returned to us by our printer. The copies included were part of the original 150-copy print run, and are signed by all contributors, but they were also slightly mis-printed: the colour plate of the paperback cover art was not bound in.

We are therefore offering these 23 copies at the original cover price (as opposed to a collectors' item price) on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 23 copies are sold, the item will once again be listed Out of Print (this time, for ever...)
